Dr. Seyed Amir Razavian holds a Pharm.D. from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. With 22 years of industry experience, he has served as the CEO of Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals since 2013.
Defining organizational strategies and objectives, guiding and overseeing workforce functions, and allocating necessary resources to fulfill strategic goals are among his core responsibilities.

Dr. Farzaneh Jalilfar holds a Pharm.D. from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. With over 30 years of experience, she has served as the Chief R&D Officer since 1996. Her responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Selection Committee for feasibility studies, identifying operational requirements for new drug design, developing new portfolios, and optimizing current manufacturing processes.

Alireza Mostaghiman joined in 2019 as Financial Accounting Manager and was appointed CFO in 2022. Holding a Master’s degree in accounting, he brings over 17 years of financial expertise across diverse industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, and Automotive. His primary role is leading the finance unit as a strategic business partner, empowering other divisions to maximize company value for all stakeholders.

Dr. Ehsan Moini holds a Ph.D. in Business Management. With over 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, he has served as Chief Infrastructure Development Officer since 2015. His mandate includes shaping long-term corporate commercial policies and managing strategic investments and industrial infrastructure development projects.

Firoozeh Khorshahi holds Master’s degrees in Educational Management and HR Management from the Bradfield Group, UK. With over 25 years of leadership experience, she assumed the CHRO role in 2021. Her responsibilities encompass policymaking for talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits structuring, training, and employee empowerment.

Vahid Azizi holds degrees in Mechanical and Energy Engineering. With over 20 years of professional experience, he joined Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals in  2008
He served as Technical & Engineering Manager for 10 years and Manager for 4 years before being appointed Chief Manufacturing Officer in 2024.
He leads production and engineering teams to maximize manufacturing capacity. Enhancing operational productivity remains his most significant achievement.

Dr. Shahrooz Sarfarazi holds a degree in Pharmacy from Islamic Azad University of Tehran. With over 25 years of professional experience, she began her career at Cobel Darou in 2008 as Regulatory and Industry Affairs Manager. Following the expansion of the pharmaceutical product portfolio and the formation of Cobel Group in 2022, she was appointed as the Chief Contract Manufacturing Officer at Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals.
Her key responsibilities include impactful collaboration in drafting regulations for contract and under-license manufacturing with the national  Iran Food and Drug Administration (IFDA), managing the under-license production of Sanofi and Uni-Pharma products at Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals and other national manufacturing sites, and leading the contract manufacturing of diverse pharmaceutical products. Increasing the production capacity for Cobel Group’s products stands as one of her most significant achievements in this field.
