Our History
The pharmaceutical industry in Iran is closely linked to the name of Dr. Gholam Ali Obidi. In 1946, Dr. Obidi founded Iran’s first pharmaceutical laboratory on the pillars of quality and innovation. Dr. Obidi’s pharmaceuticals, a pioneer in the pharmaceutical industry, always takes steps to promote the health and quality of life of Iranians by providing up-to-date solutions.

The partnership between Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi commenced in 2009. Currently, products such as Plavix and Depakine Chrono are manufactured at Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals under license from Sanofi.
